Episode 179 – Paul Markoff VIII

It’s the middle of January and you know what that means! It’s time for Paul Markoff to make his semiannual stop by The PVDcast to chat about movies. Paul and I talk about the films that came out in the last half of 2018. We discuss the flicks that we thoroughly enjoyed and some we should have avoided. Be aware that we try not to give away too much about these flicks; but there is always the chance that something could be spoiled. With that being said, join us on a simply, spectacular, cinematic installment of The PVDcast!

Last weekend, New Japan Pro Wrestling presented Wrestle Kingdom 13! This is the equivalent of Wrestlemania for Japanese wrestling fans. On this episode of The PVDcast, I am joined by two good friends, Will and Justin, who will assist me in breaking down and analyzing the show. What matches did we like? What surprised us? Episode 177 – Darryl Banks

The PVDcast is back for 2019! On this episode, Darryl Banks joins me to talk about his career in comics. Darryl is best known for his long run on D.C. Comics’ Green Lantern, in which he helped to develop the character of Kyle Rayner. We obviously talk about his run on Green Lantern, as well as his early days, working for various independent publishers. We also chat about Darryl’s new project, Harken’s Raiders. This World War Two epic tells the tale of Captain Harken leading a squad of commandos behind enemy lines to capture a German scientist, in an attempt to end the war. You don’t need a power ring, only earbuds, to hear this great episode!
