This week, the 2022 NHL season started and created a lot of hope for the 32 teams who want to lift Lord Stanley’s Cup. On this episode of The PVDcast, I am joined by hockey enthusiast, Luc Landry. Luc and I run down the many trades and signings from the off-season that shook things up for many teams. We also preview the new season, giving our thoughts on which teams might be playoff contenders and which teams might be playoff pretenders. The Cartoon Crossroads Columbus festival (CXC) will occur over several days and locales throughout the capital city. Executive Director, Jay Kalagayan, joins me on this episode to talk about the event. Jay explains how CXC is much different than other conventions. He also shares how he became the Executive Director & explains what his goals are for the festival. Additionally, Jay also reveals the schedule of events and lists some of the guests coming to town.
