Movie fans love to watch movies and talk about movies. This statement holds true for my guests on this episode of The PVDcast. Shawn Allred & Andrew Jimeson are two of the guys behind the Cheapseat Reviews podcast. This podcast features Shawn, Andrew & their cohost, Sam, viewing streaming movies and discussing them based on the movies’ merits. We talk about the history of their podcast, the ups and downs of podcasting, their favorite movies and even some of their not so favorite movies. Episode 311 – Survivor Series Review 2021

The annual WWE fall spectacular, The Survivor Series, took place a few weeks ago. On this edition of The PVDcast, Ringside Rand from the Pro Wrestling Pundits joins me to discuss the results of the pay-per-view. We also chat about the possible storylines coming out of the event and talk about some miscellaneous wrestling news too. Lastly, we send our Get Well wishes to DJ Joey Blayze, who could not make the recording due to illness. But even with one Pro Wrestling Pundit, it’s still one fine, wrestling-centric installment!

Episode 310 – Survivor Series Preview 2021

The calendar says November, which means it’s time for the annual WWE spectacular, The Survivor Series. This pay-per-view event will go down this upcoming Sunday from the Barclays Center. My guests on this episode of The PVDcast are the Pro Wrestling Pundits (DJ Joey Blayze & Ringside Rand). The three of us will breakdown each match and give our predictions on who might be victorious. On this episode of The PVDcast, I have a returning guest joining me who is a fellow podcaster. William Walley is the guest I am referring to and he first chatted with me in February. This episode of The PVDcast features a conversation from a panel that took place at this year’s Monroe Pop Fest. The panel was called “Sports in Comics” and featured two very special guests. Detroit Red Wings’ legend, Darren McCarty and Mess Bucket Comics’ Dom Riggio sit down with me and co-host, Tim Beisiegel to talk about a myriad of topics. We cover Darren’s philosophy on life, his hockey career, his love of pro wrestling, podcasting and even his thoughts on Carole Baskin. We also discuss Dom’s comic book imprint and his new project, which is the third installment of his hockey comic, Donnybrook. It’s an episode full of greasy good times!
