Wizard World Columbus happened two weeks ago and I was a part of the annual convention. I chronicle my experiences there on this episode of The PVDcast. Episode 157 – Bobby Fisher
On this episode of The PVDcast, I am joined by Bobby Fisher. No, he’s not the chess master, but a local podcaster, who has two independently produced podcasts. Nerdfect Strangers and The Wrestling Time Machine are his two podcast creations. Nerdfect Strangers tackles topics related to wrestling, comics and video games; whereas The Wrestling Time Machine analyzes one specific time period in pro wrestling. Bobby and I discuss what it takes to create these two podcasts, the pros and cons of podcasting and we even fit in a debate about the current state of pro wrestling. Movies are one of my passions. This episode of The PVDcast features a re-airing of my appearance on Mike McGTV’s YouTube show, Remake Revolution. The premise of the show is to make a pitch to revamp an epically bad film. On this episode, we were tasked with remaking Howard the Duck.
